Celebrating Fall
Fall around Table Rock Lake

October has arrived at Table Rock Lake, but don't put away your weekend plans just yet. The lake may be settling into its quieter fall rhythm, but there's plenty happening around the shoreline and throughout the surrounding Ozarks.

From glowing pumpkins and harvest celebrations to fishing tournaments, local shopping, and a gathering of tattoo artists and motorcycle enthusiasts, this weekend offers plenty of reasons to get out and explore.

Here's what's happening around Table Rock Lake October 9–11.

As evening arrives, Pumpkins in the City transforms the park with illuminated pumpkin displays, nighttime rides, and festive entertainment.

It's an easy choice for families looking to make a full day of their fall adventure while visiting a Harvest Festival on Table Rock Lake.

The tournament includes activities for families and young anglers, with fishing workshops and clinics for children.

📚 Kimberling Area Library Annual Book & Bake Sale

Friday, October 9, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.

Sometimes the best fall outings are the simplest.

The Kimberling Area Library's annual Book & Bake Sale is an opportunity to browse books, find something new to read, and support local library fundraising efforts.

For anyone planning a quieter lake weekend, a good book and a comfortable chair overlooking the water sound like an excellent combination.

🏍️ Table Rock Tattoo Convention & Bike Show

October 9–11 | Branson Convention Center

Looking for something a little different this weekend?

The Table Rock Tattoo Convention & Bike Show brings tattoo artists, custom motorcycles, competitions, and vendors together at the Branson Convention Center.

Visitors can explore different tattoo styles, watch artists at work, and check out custom bikes throughout the three-day event.

It's a change of pace from the usual pumpkin-and-hayride fall calendar, and a welcome addition to the weekend lineup.

🌊 And Don't Forget the Lake

Not every October adventure needs a ticket or a schedule.

Take the boat out for one more afternoon. Find a quiet shoreline for a picnic. Watch the trees begin their seasonal transformation, or spend a few hours fishing while the lake settles into autumn.

Fall at Table Rock Lake has a personality all its own. The summer crowds have thinned, the scenery is changing, and there's still plenty of time to enjoy being on the water.

Whether your weekend includes a festival, a fishing tournament, a little shopping, or absolutely nothing on the calendar, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the Ozarks.

The lake doesn't close after Labor Day. And neither does the fun.

Find more lake life, local events, fishing reports, and places to explore at Lost on the Lake.

Event schedules, admission prices, and activities may change. Check with organizers before heading out.
